CS DELHI CIRCLE MEET WITH DGM(A) NTR
CS and ACS today met DGM(A) NTR ND for addressing pending NTR issues. DGM(A) assured that:
1) Process for JTO to SDE officiating promotion has already started and orders are being issued shortly.
2) DPC for leftover cases of upgradation of executives is being held in this only and orders will be issued thereafter. All Branch Secretarys are requested to ensure that CR's of all such cases are submitted latest by 15th September.
3) Required action will be taken to meet the sufferings of NMS Delhi
shortly.

A meeting was arranged with A.G.S. S.N.E.A.(I) Sh. A.A. KHAN, Circle Secretary NTR Sh. Anupam Kaul, Assistant Circle Secretary NTR Sh. S.K. Aggarwal, Circle Secretary U.P. EAST Sh. Pallab Bose & Circle Secretary U.P. WEST Sh. Vinod Kumar Yadav on 07-09-2007 at Eastern Court New-Delhi for discussing the viability & prospects of forming a new District of N.T.R. in all the states (especially of Northern Region) & Associating them directly with Circle Secretary NTR, so that COMARADES & members of N.T.R. can smoothen & liaison effectively for their primary issues related with C.G.M.M. NTR New-Delhi.

A.G.S. S.N.E.A. (I) Sh. A.A. KHAN agreed to favorably look into our genuine demand & promised to take up the same with Constitution amendment committee besides the issue will be coming up in the S.N.E.A. (I) All India CWC Meeting scheduled to be held at Trivendrum from 28-9-2007.

STD and ROAMING On GSM

Congratulations Comrades,After a great struggle at last demand or Roaming and STD facility in your service GSM connection has been approved in BSNL board’s meeting on 30th August-07, we had also news from reliable source that Monthly Call limit on Residential Telephone Connection also has been Enhanced like:

for JTOs from 500 to 600,

for SDEs from 600 to 800 and

for DEs from 800 to 1500 per month.

Orders are expected to come in next two to three days

CS Delhi Circle Write to CGMT NTR
Com. Anupam Kaul CS and Com. S.K. Aggrawal ACS had a meeting with CGMM NTR ND on 29/08/07. DGM (A) was also present in the meeting. The following issues were discussed:
  1. JTO to SDE officiating promotion. Resentment of the aggrieved members was highlighted for extraordinary delay for issued the orders. CGM assured that process for issuing the promotion orders will be started immediately.
  2. SDE to DET officiating promotion: CGM intimated that the vacant posts of DE’s will be filled at the earliest by giving officiating promotion. CGM was also requested to take up the matter of filling the post of AGM (Vig) NTR ND (vacant on transfer of present incumbent as AGM (HRD) NTR ND) by way of officiating arrangement. CGM intimated that since the post of AGM (Vig.) is a sensitive post, the matter shall be taken up with BSNL Corporate Office so that it is filled up by officiating arrangement.
  3. Payment of CGEIS to the members of NTR other than Delhi area will be made by 3rd week of September 2007.
  4. Upgradation order in r/o left out cases of NTR will be issued by 2nd week of September 07.
  5. Problems of NMS Lodhi Road staff were discussed. CGM assured that he will take required action for redressing their grievances.
  6. Pay anomaly cases of Com. Omvir Singh SDE NMS and Com. Sunil Sharma SDE JT were discussed. CGM was informed that the cases are pending for more than two years in the office of GM (F) o/o CGMM NTR ND. CGM assured that the cases will be taken up with GM (F).
